Work carried out included: 

• N.E.R fitted along with N.E.R monitoring relay with inbuilt earth leakage capability. 

• Fit larger motor cables with a 241.1 mining flex. 

• Fit individual Earth Leakage relay/Toroid and Shunt to each individual motor starter. 

• All motor starter feeds disconnected and removed and fitted with double insulated wire feeds. 

• Existing transformer disconnected and removed and a new earth shielded isolation transformer fitted and wired. 

• Replaced the plugs and receptacles with metal de-contactor fittings.
